HUD Stats Missing CAKE (RedStar skin)

When playing 6-max it seems there is always one player's stats missing on both the default and Harrington HUDs. They can be at different seats, as shown in the pics below.

In this first one you can see the guy in the cut off doesn't have any stats. I've tried resetting them but they don't appear.

In this one the guy with KJ doesn't have any. Also another weird thing that happened just as I was going to take the screen shot was that A8 guy's bb/100 suddenly changed from green to red. He bought in for $2 17 hands ago and it says -259bb/100. Check his stack!

Something else quirky that happened: the stats you see where the dealer chip is shown (there was a player sitting there a second ago) are for the short stack two to the right of the button. I had them positioned under the shorty but for some reason they were showing the stats for the guy who was sitting where the button is so I moved them over. The figures changed just as I was about to take the screen shot going back to showing the shorty's stats.

Let me know if these are helpful and if you'd like me to keep posting things I find cos I think there are a few other things happening. I have noticed a couple of times that stats have changed or been mixed up after I've sat out or something.

I suspect that this is a preferred seating issue.
If you always sit in the same seat you need to configure that in PT4 - right click Cake in the site list under Play Poker and choose configure. Set up your preferred seat for the relevant table size. The Tutorial: Preferred Seating refers to PT3, but the settings are basically the same.
Note that for the Harrington profile the stats are shown for "everyone but hero", and there is a separate hero-only group which isn't automatically positioned by you (you place it once and it stays in that same position). This means if the stats are shown in front of the wrong players it will appear that their stats are missing (when actually they might be your stats not being shown).
Are your tables being detected as 6-max?

I tried configuring PT to my preferred seat and also tried disabling preferred seat on both Red Star client and PT but still the same problems. I restarted PT and the HUD didn't show previous stats. Tried the HUD options set all to lifetime etc and no difference. It also mixed up stats showing a different players name in the notes pop up to what was on the main HUD.

Are your tables being imported with the (6 Max) designation?
