HUD not showing up iPoker

Hands are getting imported but stats don't show up. Hand history viewer also shows hands, even showdowns get shown as HUD. Only player stats missing whatsoever.

I played a session earlier today, worked fine. Restarted PC, tried creating new DB, still no help.

Is it only me?

This is working for me and I'm not currently seeing any other similar reports. So we can see what's going on here please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue, take a screenshot and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your screenshot and support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up with you:

FWIW cache rebuild fixed the issue.
