HUD resetting stats to zero.Not keeping lifetime tournaments

Postby waimaille » Thu Oct 15, 2026 5:22 am

Hi ;

I am having an issue with my HUD during MTT tournaments.
My hand histories and table configurations seem to be set up correctly, and the auto-import is working properly. However, my HUD does not retain my stats or my opponents' stats from one tournament to the next. Instead, it resets back to zero at the start of every new tournament.
Could you please help me figure out why my HUD is not displaying lifetime/accumulated stats across tournaments?
Thank you for your help.

PokerTracker 4 is designed to only show your session stats in the HUD at each table. As your own number of hands increases your lifetime stats don't change much if at all between hands but your image at each individual table may vary considerably depending on the cards you've been dealt or your opponents. If you want to see your lifetime stats for analysis purposes you can do so in your PokerTracker 4 reports or load up a hand (any hand) in the replayer and turn the 'Show Hero LifeTime Stats' option on via the 'Options' button.

With regards to your opponents the HUD defaults to lifetime statistics but if you have just started using PokerTracker 4 and are playing on a larger site you might not have seen the same players yet. If you want to follow up on that then please send all relevant information to us via a Support Ticket with your support bundle, any relevant screenshots and your sample of hands:
