Hud in wrong places winamax spins nitros.

Hello, having a recent problem with a hud in winamax, everything was working fine but since couple days ago hud complety broke, sometimes when a table open its show hero hud too ( when its supose to not do that, i got this problem with pokerstars too sometimes) then sometimes just missplace the hud in the wrong player, its random, sometimes is accurated or it swtich players so i supose this has to be with a prefered seat? but i didnt touch anything and was working fine, i already review seating preferences and it seems good, i regulary do house kepping so i dont know where can be the problem.

Edit 1: i was doing house keeping and all good, then when trying to do a full rebuild cache goit this error:

Unable to rebuild cache.
Reason: Error: Unable to execute query: Fatal Error; Reason: ERROR: cannot change name of input parameter "datetime_utc" HINT: Use DROP FUNCTION date_to_yearweek(timestamp without time zone) first.

Edit 2: now it says this message when importing hand irt:

Your database cache is out-of-date and will negatively impact the HUD and your experience.
Please run a full database cache rebuild following the guide linked below:

That issue rebuilding the database cache will impact the HUD. That's not an error I have seen before so please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this problem and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up with you. Once you have done that try creating a new database and that may allow you to continue using PokerTracker 4 at the tables in the meantime.

While i wait a response from the team, what can i do to make pt4 works better? it crashing alot lately on winamax, its frozen from time to time and i have to force the close, sttuck getting hhs etc.

Since the cache on the original database is not up to date and cannot currently be rebuilt then it will not be performing well. I suggested in my previous reply creating a new database and using that in the meantime. Have you tried that?
