import notes

Postby makodim » Wed Feb 08, 2012 9:27 am

Good afternoon, if I do backup notes, and in these notes there are records on 10 persons, and then I do Restore notes in new base in which else there are no hands with these 10 people after that I will play a hand and these people appear in new base, but notes on them won't be. How to make so that the information it was not lost, because at me the big base notes for a year?

If you backup your notes and restore them in a new database even with no hands those players should be created (just with no hands). Then should you ever get a hand on them you'll be able to see them and the notes that have been retored in the database.

1) make new base "base1", in this base import one hand history, then save notes on one player "player1"
2) buckup notes from base1 (tick only Aggregated Notes)
3) make new base "base2", in this base restore Buckup notes file, pt3 say "0 notes merged of 1" and then restart pt3 and base2 not have any player, if then me import hand history with player1, then this player not have notes

Could you please attach that exported notes file to a support ticket for us? That would help us figure out the best way to get this resolved going forward.
