It says there's a special note for Vista user's. I have the last version w/postgres. So what do I need to do to down load new version w/hud ? Do I need to uninstall old version first ? Do I need to backup hands I already have ? If so, how ? Do I need to turn off user account control in Vista ? I don't see any special note, so before I get rid of Version 7 maybe someone could answer these questions.

If you already installed PostgreSQL on your computer prior to this, you can download the version of PT3 without PostgreSQL. Install it and configure it for your PostgreSQL server if requested. There's no need to uninstall the older version or to backup your hands. There's also no reason to disable UAC if PostgreSQL is already installed.
