Cant Uninstall PT3

[rmoriar1]

My PT3 was messed up so i removed it along with POSTSQL, then when i went to redownload.
However, while installing i got a message "Error opening file for writing: C:\Program files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.exe"
So i went to that location and see some of the contents weren't removed, i tried to delete the Poker Tracker 3 folder under program files but got an error saying "access is denied" Help:?:

PT3 is still running. Close it. If it's not on your desktop anywhere, open Task Manager and kill the PokerTracker.exe process.
